If the net order total reaches a specified amount, you can enjoy free shipping (please refer to "Shipping Methods" for details). We guarantee that all orders are shipped directly from Hong Kong and delivered to customers via our designated couriers. Local (Applicable to orders shipped within Hong Kong) For orders shipped within Hong Kong, you can choose delivery to offices or residences without additional surcharges. Additionally, for your convenience, self-pickup is available at over 600 SF Express Stations, Service Centers, and SF Business Stations across Hong Kong. To use this service, simply enter the specific address and network point code of the SF location in the shipping address field. Please refer to the SF Express website for addresses and codes. The shipping fee for self-pickup is calculated the same as standard delivery. Orders shipped to Hong Kong regions: Net order total less than HK$300: Shipping fee is HK$25. Net order total of HK$300 or above: Free Shipping. Processing Time: Generally 1 working day. Ownership, Import Documents, and Fees When ZINOMALL.com dispatches products, the ownership and risk of loss transfer from ZINOMALL.com to you. ZINOMALL.com delivers products according to your request. If products are shipped to regions or countries outside of Hong Kong, you may be required to pay surcharges, taxes, or apply for import licenses/permits. These charges and documentation requirements depend on the laws of the destination or transit country. ZINOMALL.com cannot control or predict these charges and assumes no legal responsibility for such costs or application procedures. If products are detained by authorities at the destination or transit point, the customer shall bear the corresponding losses. By completing the order, you accept these terms. If a product is returned, ownership reverts to ZINOMALL.com, and we will charge 25% of the total product value to cover shipping losses. Order Splitting To comply with local regulations (such as weight limits or total value restrictions), ZINOMALL may automatically split your order or ship items on different days. We will notify you of all tracking numbers via email. Undeliverable Orders Orders may be returned due to incorrect addresses, P.O. Box/hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay taxes, refusal to provide ID/complete customs clearance, or recipient refusal of the package. When a package is returned, we will deduct the original shipping fee, handling fees, and 25% of the total product value as a return processing fee. The remainder will be processed according to our "Refund Policy."
